LSI AS is a company with long experience and knowledge in teaching, use and control of cranes and lifting equipment in Norway and other countries.
Safe use and control of cranes and lifting equipment is dependent of personell with good knowledge, skills and attitude towards safety. These are important factors in the company of LSI.
The company was established in 1995 as a publisher for education of safe use of cranes and lifting gears. LSI produces books with instruction material in norwegian, swedish and english.
The material contains a great deal of images and illustrations, and is produced pedagogically and presented for effective training.
Use of simple and self-explanatory text, makes the books easy to use and unserstand.
Head of company, Hans Chr Elmholdt, has since 1970 been working with teaching / education of machine operators, crane operators, persons of competence and inspectors of cranes and lifting gears.
Hans Chr Elmholdt has for several years participated in national and international work concerning training of personnel and standardising of cranes and lifting gears.
